Reservations and payments
By making a reservation, you declare your full knowledge and acceptance of our accommodation, booking, payment and cancellation policies.
Prices are in euros and require a stay of at least two (2) nights.
For the full confirmation of your reservation you must prepay 30% of the total value of your stay, having as a minimum deposit amount, the cost of one (1) night.
Payments by cash, bank transfers, Paypal and credit cards Visa, Mastercard are accepted. You must inform the property upon arrival if you wish to issue an invoice for your stay.
The deposit must be made within two (2) working days from the publication of the bank account of the accommodation to the interested customer (by sending an e-mail from the accommodation which includes all the necessary payment details), otherwise the booking will be canceled without further notice and room will be vacated.
The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card upon receipt of an incoming booking, and reserves the right to cancel a booking if the credit card information is invalid.
Upon arrival, the full payment of your stay is made. Any additional charges incurred during your stay will be reimbursed upon your departure.
The reservation is for a room type for the duration of your stay, not a specific room. If we need to transfer you to a different room whose price is lower than that of your reservation, the accommodation is obliged to refund the difference.
Offers are subject to availability and are not combined with other offers. In any case, you must inform us of the time of your booking.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of the reservation more than 21 days before the scheduled arrival, there is no financial charge and implies the return of any deposit by the accommodation.
Cancellation from 7 to 21 days before the scheduled arrival, the property will issue a credit voucher to the customer equal to the deposit already made. The voucher can be used on any upcoming booking for up to 4 months
Cancellation of the reservation in less than 7 days there is a charge of 50% of the total stay
In case of cancellation upon arrival or no-show at the accommodation, the customer is charged 100% of the stay based on his reservation.
For non-refundable reservations, the full amount of the reservation will be charged at the same time as the reservation confirmation, while modifications and cancellations are not allowed.
Arrival / Departure
Upon arrival at the property you must have the reservation code, ID or passport and the card that has been charged or pre-approved for the reservation.
Check-in time starts at 15.00 noon
Check-out time is 11:00 noon. More information on availability and cost for late check-out can be found at our reception during your stay.
Damages
In case of damage to a room or other property due to deceit, will or negligence, the property reserves the right to charge the amount of damage suffered, including damage due to cessation of activities, to the credit / debit card of the registered customer. In cases where the customer has not paid by credit card, but in cash or otherwise, the accommodation will require immediate payment of the amount of damage suffered by the customer otherwise all legal rights are reserved.
